We're looking for a Marketing Business Partner to translate commercial priorities into focused marketing plans that generate pipeline, accelerate revenue and support expansion in the Health & Care market. As a strategic connector between Marketing, Sales and the Health & Care market team, you will ensure all activity is aligned to sector strategy, buyer needs and the regulatory environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS with a strong grasp of complex, multi-stakeholder organisations
- A commercial mindset, confident working with revenue targets, pipeline metrics and market-level priorities
- Strong ability to translate market, buyer and regulatory insight into focused, commercially aligned marketing plans
- Skilled in shaping and coordinating multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
- Data-literate, able to interpret funnel performance, assess campaign effectiveness and make evidence-based decisions
- Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, collaborating effectively across Sales, Product and central marketing teams
