Job Description
Civic Works, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented individual who has some prior human services experience and a shown passion for aging in place, seniors and housing rehab. This new position will conduct all intake procedures and screen new clients for eligibility and enrollment in the HUBS program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Social work a plus
- Experience in the human services field, preferably in Baltimore City
- Experience working with older adults
- Experience operating phone lines (Google Voice) and updating client information databases
- Comfort and familiarity using Microsoft Office 360 and/or Google Applications (e.g., Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of proper protocol for safeguarding sensitive client information
