We are seeking a Member Service Advisor to provide superior member experience with enhanced awareness and continued education of existing products and services. Requirements

• Demonstrate exceptional member service
• Build and foster relationships with current and potential members
• Maintain and balance assigned cash drawer daily
• Accurately process member transaction requests and respond to member inquiries
• Participate in beta-testing and provide feedback
• Educate members on digital solutions
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide a closed-loop experience for member requests
• Comply with regulation, policies, procedure, and operational guidelines
