Citylitics is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to maximize the growth potential of our Go-To-Market (GTM) activities. The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation of revenue metrics and processes and be excited to build a unified Revenue Operations system.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Experience setting up new tools or systems for GTM teams and driving adoption, including Salesforce administration.
- Technical knowhow to integrate different data sources in order to create a single source of truth for GTM metrics and revenue modelling.
- Strong technical understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, cohort analysis, and SaaS revenue metrics
- Has supported the implementation of variable compensation programs that were highly effective at driving revenue growth.
