Job Description
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Business Development Specialist to make B2B outbound sales calls to prospective clients, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for their sales team. This is a full-time position with a focus on proactive lead generation and customer engagement, offering the opportunity to earn a competitive base and advance career-wise.
Requirements
- B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience
- High school diploma, college degree preferred
- 1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience
- Highly organized with systematic sales process
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Detail-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience using CRM systems
