Job Description
The Building Manager is responsible for overseeing a crew of in-house employees and/or independent contractors, ensuring cleaning of assigned locations is performed to City Wide standards and delivering exemplary results/customer service to the client.
Requirements
- Ability to perform routine walking, standing, and bending for extended periods of time
- Willing to clean, vacuum, and climb stairs.
- Help manage cleaning responsibilities with Independent Contractors and employees.
- Restocking
- Finalize accounts Daily
- Ability to independently carry items weighing less than 50 lbs. Moving items over 50 lbs. utilizes a team lift
- Valid Drivers License
- Must Pass Background Check
Benefits
- Compensation: $18.00/Hr
