FSRI is looking for candidates to make a positive impact on the community. The FSCC/Wraparound Facilitator is responsible for the Wraparound process with families with children at risk. They work with families, youth, and community providers to implement FCCP Wraparound services.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor degree with 2 years of experience, or a masters degree with 1 year of experience working with children and families with complex needs
• Familiarity with the Rhode Island system of care
• Ability to travel to clients' residences and community locations
