The General Direction of Recreation, Culture and Installations is responsible for ensuring that the City is healthy, inclusive, and dynamic, ensuring that communities, residents, and visitors have access to recreational and cultural places, programs, events, and services that allow them to enjoy all the benefits that the City has to offer, and supervising Building and Installation Management to improve service delivery integration, ensuring that clients have the best possible experience in City facilities.

Requirements

• Completion of at least 11th grade
• One year of experience working with the public in an administrative role
• A degree in administration, recreation, or a comparable field, combined with at least 6 months of experience, would be desirable
• Certificate in General First Aid
• Two Rescuers First Aid Certification
• DEA Operator Certification
• Customer Service LAPHO/NAI Training
