Agent des Recettes

The Revenue Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive image of the City. They will respond to client inquiries, manage client accounts, collect arrears, perform tasks such as billing and evaluation, reconcile and report financial transactions, and provide customer service in areas of taxation, water, collection and debtor accounts.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in problem-solving, customer inquiries and debt recovery
• Experience in a financial field is required
