Job Description
The Lifeguard is responsible for preventing accidents and injuries in the pool area. This role involves ensuring a safe environment, responding to emergencies, communicating with patrons, maintaining cleanliness, and completing administrative tasks. Candidates must possess skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service.
Requirements
- Current certifications in: American Red Cross (or equivalent) Lifeguard Training, First Aid, and CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
- Ability to quickly recognize and respond to emergency situations.
- Maintain a positive rapport with the public.
- Inspect facilities and perform regular maintenance.
- Complete administrative tasks and adhere to pool rules.
