CERTIFIED PATROL OFFICER

This is a patrol officer position for the City of Brandon, MS. The patrol officer will perform general and technical law enforcement duties, including patrolling assigned areas, investigating crimes, enforcing traffic regulations, and responding to emergencies. They will also interact with the public and ensure law and order are maintained.

Requirements

• Patrol assigned areas and beats of City to protect life and property.
• Conduct preliminary investigations of crimes and accidents.
• Enforce traffic and parking regulations.
• Enforce MS state code and city ordinances.
• Interact positively with the public.
• Transport prisoners.
