Fiscal Analyst, Professional Services (NCS) - Mayor's Office of Employment Development

The City of Baltimore is seeking a Fiscal Analyst to join the Mayor's Office of Employment Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing fiscal management work at the full performance level, including maintaining budgeting and fiscal reporting systems, monitoring fiscal activities, and preparing fiscal reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Two years of experience in performing budgetary, fiscal or accounting work at a professional level
• Knowledge of general office practices and procedures
• Knowledge of program and budget development
• Ability to analyze and recommend resolution of budgetary problems
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
