Payroll Assistant - Seasonal

The Payroll Assistant provides payroll processing assistance for the Camp Best Friends summer season. Duties include working with administration and camp staff, inputting payroll data, and providing support with paycheck sorting and distribution.

Requirements

• Ensure compliance of organizational policies and procedures
• Process new hire and volunteer background checks
• Coordinate drug screening
• Coordinate delivery of all required employment documentation
• Explain new hire processes and ensure compliance
• Plan and implement educational, recreational and social enrichment activities for campers
• Familiarize with camp lesson plans and implement lessons
• Attend program meetings designated by supervisor
