Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of a variety of factors.

- Designs operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency
- Ensures integrity of data produced in systems and ensures accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data and revenue
- Manages the day-to-day operations
- Creates operating plans, forecasts, and reporting systems
- Manages the budget preparation, submittal, and administration
- Develops organizational structure and selects, develops and manages staff
- Establishes internal processes, interprets and applies organizational policies, and provides input into policy and strategy
- Manages purchasing, inventory, equipment maintenance, and other asset related functions
- Monitors employee performance, provides regular performance feedback, and completes mid-year and annual performance reviews
- Supervises and develops a cohesive and supportive high-performance team
