Asset Recovery Officer

The Asset Recovery Officer III supervises the collection of past due loans and overdrafts, initiates and processes foreclosures, and negotiates with debtors to secure workout arrangements. The role involves analyzing loans, inspecting collateral, and recommending matters to be referred to legal counsel or repossession.

Requirements

• 8-10 years experience in collection of consumer and residential loans
• Credit Analysis skills
• Knowledge of loan accounting
• Understanding of loan workout liquidation policies and procedures
• Self-starter with good negotiation and communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of loan documentation and other legal documents
• Knowledge of legal and bankruptcy concepts
