Job Description
Join our team as a Recreation Instructor for Active Older Adults and make a positive impact on the lives of Denver's active older adults. As a part-time instructor, you'll assist in planning and implementing programs, maintain a safe and fun environment, and work directly with recreation center staff.
Requirements
- Experience facilitating or assisting in the day-to-day operations of an organized recreation program
- Experience working directly with older adults (ages 50+) in recreation programming or a related field
- Willingness to obtain authorization to drive an Active Older Adults participant transport vehicle (Mini-Bus)
- Certification in CPR and First Aid within six (6) months of date of hire
- Valid driver’s license at the time of application
