Citi is looking for a Fund Accounting Analyst 1 - Officer to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves performing daily NAV production, reviewing exceptions, and developing strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Perform daily NAV production
- Review exceptions and resolve up to role responsibility
- Escalate non-applicable issues to supervisor
- Develop strong client relationships
- Resolve client queries timely and accurately
- Proactively ensure SLAs/KPIs are met
- Champion a culture of collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Own and take responsibility for issues and resolution
- Monitor errors, complaints, and near misses
- Record incidents in the Incident log
- Act as technical and knowledge resource to the team/business unit
- Participate in system and client testing
- Work with Front Office to evaluate clients' needs and propose solutions
- Work with Customer Service Officer to investigate customer queries and issues
- Initiate and streamline process relating to controls, productivity, and regional service enhancements
- Identify and resolve business/technical issues together with ASPAC branches and system support group
- Monitor, track, and evaluate transaction volume to provide monthly STP analysis and MIS reporting
