Job Description
The Cashier is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the execution of branch activities, including providing daily services that involve interacting with customers and processing transactions in coordination with the Customer Service function.
Requirements
- Provide services as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through effective and friendly customer service.
- Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions, including managing branch cash, processing incoming/outgoing cash deposits, and maintaining vault cash.
- Identify opportunities for referrals to new products and services based on client financial objectives.
- Educate clients about Citi's digital and self-service opportunities.
- Meet bank policies, operational controls, and standard procedures to ensure client and bank asset security.
- Ensure all client needs are met and client issues/problems are effectively managed, and if necessary, redirect issues to higher instances.
- Have good knowledge of client accounts and new products and services offered.
