Requirements
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated operational point of contact for a portfolio of key Prime Brokerage clients.
- Trade Lifecycle Ownership: Gain exposure to and manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle for Equity Swaps and P-Notes, from execution and allocation to settlements and complex query resolution, including fails management.
- Operational Risk & Control: Proactively manage operational risk by adhering to and building upon our established control framework.
- Business Partnership & Regional Growth: Act as a vital liaison to Front Office Sales and Trading, supporting our growing client roster and the expansion of our business footprint in Asia.
- Process & System Enhancement: Drive the evolution of our operating model.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and deep product expertise.
