Vice President, Employer Sales

CirrusMD is seeking a Vice President of Employer Sales to drive their employer strategy and sell their Virtual Care solution to employers or through benefits consultants. The role involves developing and executing an employer strategy, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating contracts. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, strategic, and have a proven track record in employer sales in a complex environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful sales experience selling digital health programs to employers.
• In-depth knowledge of the changing sales environment and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in an entrepreneurial setting with a focus on employer sales.
• Proven ability to position solutions and tailor messaging to meet prospect needs.
• Demonstrated success in consultative solution sales within healthcare.
• Strong communication and influence skills at the C-level.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
• Ability to generate warm sales leads through industry contacts.
