Job Description
Circus is redefining food with autonomous kitchens powered by robotics and AI. They are building a hands-on team to lead site launches and drive local execution, bringing autonomous food production from vision to reality. As a Client Success Manager – Food Robotics Operations, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic food production units directly at customer sites, ensuring daily readiness, seamless operation, and reliable system performance, while maintaining high service standards and collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in food production, service operations, or customer-facing roles.
- Hands-on experience with machinery, automated systems, or technical processes.
- Strong attention to hygiene, food safety, and operational detail.
- Professional, service-oriented communication style.
- Fluent in German (required); English proficiency a plus.
- A proactive, dependable, and structured approach to fieldwork.
