As Sales Operations Specialist, ensure structure, transparency, and operational discipline across the commercial organization, own the CRM as the single source of truth, maintain a reliable deal pipeline, and ensure that transactions are properly documented and execution-ready.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Ops / RevOps (or related commercial ops roles) in a B2B environment
- Strong CRM & operations skillset (HubSpot preferred): data quality/hygiene, pipeline discipline, and scalable process design
- Experience supporting transaction execution processes, ideally including logistics coordination in a B2B environment
- Fluent in English and German, with confident cross-functional communication across Sales, Finance, and Marketing
- Hands-on, highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive with a solution-focused mindset—and confident in enforcing process discipline and holding stakeholders accountable for data accuracy and execution standards
