Automotive Service Advisor - Ciocca VW of Allentown

We are seeking a highly motivated automotive service advisor to join our team at Ciocca VW of Allentown. As a service advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing service orders, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles.

Requirements

• Consistent record of service and sales success
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
