Project Manager I

Cinterra is seeking a Project Manager I to manage the construction of electrical utility and solar projects. The role involves project planning, execution, budget management, customer communication, and compliance. It requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on safety and quality.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; (Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar degree program preferred)
• Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Three+ years of project management and/or construction supervisory experience in solar, electrical, mechanical construction and/or substation construction experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence
• Strong problem-solving skills and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to travel frequently
