Job Description
Cintas is seeking a motivated Management Trainee to gain in-depth knowledge of their business through hands-on rotations. This role focuses on leadership development within various departments, providing opportunities to learn About Outside Sales, Production, Office Management, Service Management, and prepare individuals for future career advancement. The position offers professional development and access to senior management.
Requirements
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
- Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
- Have an active driver's license.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
