The leasing consultant is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments. The role involves greeting prospects, qualifying them, and demonstrating community and apartment features to clients' needs. The consultant must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of two years leasing experience with multi-family properties
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) highly desired
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner
