Job Description
CIM Group is seeking a Development Project Engineer (Technical) to assist the Construction Manager and Senior Development Staff with daily tasks in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC). This role will focus on project progress tracking, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with codes and best practices. The company focuses on creating value in real assets and enhancing communities.
Requirements
- Collaborates with project staff to develop project plans.
- Assesses the competence, capabilities, and financial status of vendors and contractors.
- Supervises progress of development project and prepares status reports.
- Assists in managing QA/QC process, commissioning, inspections, signoffs, and closeout documents.
- Assists in management of energy regulatory approvals (CUP, CAISO, FERC, NERC, CEC, EIA, etc.).
