Job Description
Construction Superintendent responsible for supervising field construction, completing work on schedule, within budget, and to quality of workmanship specified. Leading and establishing effective working relationships, thorough knowledge of General Contract, Subcontract, contract drawings, specifications, and addenda.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of office/and or field experience in construction
- Must have 4 years of on-the-job construction experience (Stick Frame, Podium, Construction Types III & V)
