Associate, Investments (Credit Focus)

The Associate, Investments role (Credit focus) is an integral part of the CIM team. You’ll work in a supportive, growth-oriented environment and gain valuable exposure to a variety of projects across various asset classes.

Requirements

• Quantitative aptitude, with a preference for fluency in corporate and/or asset finance
• Excellent modeling skills, and strong attention to detail
• Real Estate Credit investment experience is a plus (but not a requirement)
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and work effectively with deal team
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• A demonstrated interest in learning about the Credit Investments space
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
