Job Description
CIM Group, a community-focused real estate and infrastructure owner, is seeking a Portfolio Oversight Analyst to support portfolio composition, performance, and communication with investors. This role involves strategic decisions regarding fund investments, providing expertise on the strategy, composition, and analysis of CIM's Real Estate Equity platform. The position offers exposure to a wide range of investment platforms and significant internal collaboration.
Requirements
- 1-2 Years’ prior experience in Real Estate or Investment Banking or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex legal documents (fund organizational documents, side letters).
