Job Description
CICONIX LLC, a Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in business advisory and technical assistance for military health programs, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a Defense Health Agency team in Dover, Delaware. The role involves a variety of administrative duties, including visitor access, office supplies, documentation, and organization of documents. It's a long-term, full-time position offering weekly hours.
Requirements
- Perform visitor access control, answering telephones, ordering office supplies and equipment, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Archive and manage casework.
- Administer case work and support administrative needs in divisions.
