Job Description
As a Global Client Coordinator at Newland Chase, you will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of clients, primarily SMEs, by supporting their strategic mobility and immigration goals.
Requirements
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of small to mid-sized clients
- Collaborate with the Client Relationship Director to develop strategic growth plans
- Proactively identify opportunities for expanding service utilization
- Deliver client training on the Immigo Client Portal and provide ongoing user support
- Track and report on client service trends
- Support client onboarding, implementation, and offboarding processes
- Assist in the preparation of reports, client presentations, and project-related documentation
- Lead assigned internal or client-facing projects as needed
- Ensure all client-specific procedures are accurately documented and shared with relevant operational teams
- Work closely with the Regional Client Relationship Director and other stakeholders
