Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in business development
- Prior experience in underwriting, structuring, loan closing, documentation, and portfolio management
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory expectations and industry best practices in risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Results oriented with a high degree of attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to provide credit expertise within Commercial Real Estate
