Churchill Mortgage is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee branch staff and operations, with a focus on producing loans and recruiting, training, and managing staff. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in mortgage banking and management, as well as a strong track record in meeting sales objectives and a proven ability to analyze branch financials and maintain profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/work experience
• Minimum 5 years of recent mortgage banking/retail branch banking experience
• Minimum 1 year of management experience within the mortgage industry
• Active NMLS license
