Job Description
ChurchDesk is seeking a Support Specialist to provide high-quality customer support to employees and volunteers in the Norwegian Church via phone, chat, and email. The role involves guiding customers in the use of ChurchDesk and other tools for daily church administration, communication, and planning.
Requirements
- Documented experience from customer support or other customer-oriented roles
- Norwegian as a native language or fluent level
- Good technical understanding
- Experience from church-related activities
- Ability to work methodically with repetitive tasks
