Financial Analyst (Japan)

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to perform individual contributor functions such as coordinating and reviewing the preparation and analysis of consolidated department budgets and financial statements, preparing management reports, training staff in financial principles and department procedures, and conducting internal control reviews and accounting functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
