Job Description
The Custodian 1 (On Call) position is responsible for keeping assigned areas clean, sanitized, and orderly. The role may involve operating mechanized cleaning equipment, sanitizing areas, and performing emergency cleanups.
Requirements
- Clean offices, restrooms, public areas, etc. as instructed
- Operate mechanized cleaning equipment
- Sanitize areas, furnishings, or fixtures as instructed
- Dispose of trash, waste, and other materials
- Perform emergency cleanups
- Restock supplies
- Move furniture, supplies, and miscellaneous equipment
- Report safety or security issues and needed repairs
