Senior Legal Counsel, Global Reinsurance

Chubb is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide support to COG regions on reinsurance-related issues. The role focuses on proactive value creation for global reinsurance transactions, building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and drafting captive arrangements. The position is office-based (3 days/week) and requires a blend of legal expertise and business acumen.

Requirements

• Working closely with COG Ceded Re buyers and brokers
• Assisting with facultative transactions (c ceded and assumed)
• Internal reinsurance arrangement review and drafting
• Monitoring regulatory developments
• Negotiating reinsurance treaty agreements
