Job Description

We are looking for an engaged medical assistant (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in full-time or possibly part-time capacity, preferably also re-entering professionals who would like to re-enter the workforce after parental or sabbatical leave.

Contact person for our stable patients

Adults and adolescents from the age of 14 at our care support point

Medical and organizational care of patients

But above all without heavy physical activity, e.g. medication dispensing, bandage changes

Assistant activities in the daily treatment routine

Of our modern, family-run private clinic

Participation in our patient management

Especially in query processing and appointment coordination as well as creation and discussion of individual treatment offers

Administrative processing of admission and discharge management

Participation in interdisciplinary exchange

In the context of handovers and internal training

Work schedule

Basic use in daytime shifts (morning and evening shifts)

Requirements and Experience

A successfully completed education

As a medical assistant, nurse or similar

Interest in working in the field of psychiatry/psychotherapy

You are an organizational talent and have the willingness to get involved

Engaged, team-oriented and empathetic personality

With the ability to work independently and responsibly

Readiness to participate in weekend shifts

Basic knowledge of the application of MS-Office products

Especially Excel (spreadsheet calculation). We are happy to provide further knowledge!
