Job Description
Hephatha Lutheran Church and School is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Manager to oversee the financial, administrative, and operational functions of our vibrant ministry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit, church, or school setting
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Commitment to Christian values and the mission of Hephatha Lutheran Church and School
Benefits
