Job Description
The Final Packaging Technician is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment by packaging completed firearms and related components according to company standards, working closely with the final assembly, inventory, and shipping teams to maintain efficient workflow and ensure finished goods are ready for delivery to customers.
Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packaging procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including shipping, inventory, and assembly
- Basic organizational and documentation skills
