The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales management, or high-performing SaaS sales, and a proven track record of building enablement programs from zero to scale in a high-growth environment.

- Design, own, and scale ChowNow's end-to-end sales enablement engine
- Architect a best-in-class onboarding experience
- Build and evolve a Sales Excellence Framework
- Launch a continuous learning cadence
- Coach and support frontline managers and reps
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and RevOps
- Track and report enablement impact
- Act as the voice of the field
