Job Description
Chilton Trust (CTC) is seeking a Trust Officer to support theiduciary team, ensure client wealth and investment solutions, and manage trustee accounts, assets, and estates. The role involves onboarding new clients, administering existing accounts, preparing trust reports, and conducting reviews with the Trust Committee. CTC is a private wealth management firm dedicated to providing clients superior long-term returns through value-oriented research and disciplined portfolio management.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Arts degree
- Interest in financial services, capital markets and wealth management
- Confidence as a self-starter
- 3-5 years of trust and estate administration experience
- Experience administering trust and investment accounts with third-party custodian banks
- Experience executing investment transactions (public securities, hedge funds, private equity, real estate)
- Understanding of trust administration and financial transactions
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills
