Job Description
ChildServe is seeking an In-Home Medical Day Care Provider to provide personal care and supervision for a child with special health care needs in their home. The position involves direct care, medication administration (if certified), tracking of personal belongings, and communication with families and staff. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience with individuals with special health care needs preferred.
- Ability to provide own transportation.
- Ability to electronically document services.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Mobile and able to stand frequently.
