Job Description
Provide case management services to patients and their families or caregivers, and assist with administrative tasks.Engage in outreach activities in the community. Minimum education: Master's degree in a related field. Minimum work experience: 5 years with at least 3 in a pediatric setting. Required licenses: Registered Nurse.
