Job Description
Manage a team of sector specialists to drive learning, innovation, and practice improvement across ChildFund's priority sectors. Lead the Advisory Services Team to provide technical assistance to partners and Country Offices.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification or comparable professional experience in at least one of ChildFund Australia's priority sectors
- Past professional experience in an (I)NGO setting or government context with significant experience in driving effective programmatic advisory services
- Strong people management and mentoring skills
- Strong understanding and commitment to safeguarding, gender equality and inclusion
- Experience in partnership brokerage and capacity sharing across local civil society organisations
