Job Description
The CCFA Lead will be responsible for monitoring the workflow of the team and work overload for vacant positions, performing various job functions assigned by the Supervisor, and making independent decisions related to compliance as required by agency standards and program regulations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required and 2 years of equivalent related work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Windows based programs and data entry
- Some travel/business related driving required
