Job Description
The Technical Lead provides oversight and leadership to an IT technical delivery team, supervises team members, and ensures successful delivery execution of assigned Agile epics. The role also supports the OT Product Manager by ensuring alignment on the full scope of OT capabilities, products, and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years focus on Operational Technology.
- Experience with databases such as InfluxDB, TimescaleDB, OSIsoft or Apache Kafka.
- Knowledge of tools like Apache Flink, Apache Spark, or Azure Event Hubs.
- Experience in handling large scale time series data, with knowledge of real time processing, predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
- Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams.
- Strong understanding of Emerging Technologies and its applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
