Job Description

As a Lead Data Scientist, you'll scale and lead a team, build data systems, and partner with product and design to drive insights and shape the future of AI in insurance.
Requirements
- Fluent in SQL and Python
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience deploying predictive models into production
- Comfortable with statistical testing, causal inference, and experiment design
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
