Job Description
We're building the first AI-native operating system for insurance distribution, and we're looking for an Engineer - ML + Agent Design to join our team. You'll develop and refine ML pipelines, prototype and experiment with novel agent reasoning, and collaborate with our orchestration and infra teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and analyzing ML systems
- Strong experience with LLMs, prompting, fine-tuning, and ML experimentation
- Understanding of retrieval systems, vector databases, and reasoning techniques for large-scale text datasets
